Teaching Assistant - SEN

Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Assist individual students and small groups with learning activities. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Prepare teaching materials and resources as directed by the teacher. Supervise students during break times, outings, and school events. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and pupils. Provide emotional and academic support to students as needed. Requirements: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
