Every child has a high level of support often including one to one support and bespoke timetables following thematic learning experiences. A wide range of personalised learning in and out of the classroom is designed to engage the student, build resilience, and provide the foundation for rapid academic progress. We are looking for two Full-Time members of staff in Redruth. ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils who have difficulty thriving in mainstream secondary and special schools, including those returning from out of County placements. Provide one-to-one or small group support with bespoke timetables following thematic learning experiences. Assist with a wide range of personalised learning in and out of the classroom to engage students, build resilience, and support rapid academic progress. QualificationsTo hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to take one. Be confident working within small groups and 1:1/2:1 settings. A passion for working with children and young people in SEN settings. Relevant experience working with children or people with special educational needs. Have a full UK driving licence. Minimum of Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
