Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fast-growing business based in Redhill, who are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also having the confidence and drive to develop new business opportunities. The Role As an Account Manager, youll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities to increase account value. Alongside this, youll play an active role in new business developmenthelping to generate, qualify and convert new leads. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and outbound activity Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations for both existing and prospective clients Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline About You Previous experience in account management, sales or a client-facing commercial role Comfortable balancing account management with new business development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercially aware, target-driven and results-focused Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively Due to location, you will need to have your own transport. The role will be office based, with potential for hybrid working at a later date.
