Job DescriptionThe Responsibilities of a Specialised Management AdvisorAre you an excellent communicator with a talent for building rapport and negotiating effectively? We are recruiting a Specialised Management Advisor to join our Collections team. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting our vulnerable customers to resolve billing issues. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!As a Specialised Management Advisor, youll identify customers needs and requirements, gaining a clear understanding of their current and future financial capabilities. Youll be key in making sure all vulnerable customer accounts are processed and managed correctly and all records are kept up to date.Want more information?
