Your keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business operates smoothly and efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have proven administrative experience in the construction industry with knowledge on CIS deductions, payroll, contract retentions, payment applications and variation costings. Strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving is required.Job Details: Once youre fully up to speed, youll be responsible forManaging the Directors calendar and scheduling appointments/ meetingsManaging Quick Books softwareSending invoices and keeping track of outstanding paymentsAssisting in the organisation and preparation of documents, materials and projectsAnswering phone calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team memberEnsuring that our database and records are accurate and up-to-dateCollaborating with team members on various projects and tasksIdentifying areas of improvement and suggesting solutions to streamline operationsThe ideal candidate will:Have proven experience in similar administrative rolesBe highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe proactive and resourceful in problem-solvingHave a strong work ethic and be a team playerWe value our staff and everyone within the companys ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
