Job IntroductionSkills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the management team at our SKODA & Volkswagen Dealership in Worcester.Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of 65,000.The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customers expectations; In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading.
