You will be supporting ongoing social housing contracts in the Midlands area. This role is ideal for a commercially minded individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in local communities through high-quality maintenance projects.Project Surveyor Key Responsibilities:Lead both pre- and post-contract commercial activities Drive project team performance to meet contractual obligations Submit monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and progress reports Oversee subcontractor agreements and assist with final accounts Manage valuations, cash flow, procurement, and health 'safety compliance Maintain strong communication with clients, internal teams, and the supply chainAbout You:To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate strong commercial awareness, experience in cost control and value recovery, and the ability to manage financial reporting.
