Part Time Telesales Executive Redditch 15k + Bonus (OTE 24k) (FTE (25k basic / 40k OTE) Hours: Week one: 9.30am to 2pm Monday to Friday Week two: 9.30am to 2pm four in five days plus 9am to 5pm Saturday Were looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Part TimeTelesales Executive to join our clients team on a permanent basis. In this role, youll play a crucial part in generating high-quality appointments for Sales Advisers and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers. What Youll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments. Follow up on leads from various sources including online enquiries, coupon responses, and our lead database. Maximise appointment conversion rates through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Accurately log information into our CRM and ensure brochures and materials are sent promptly. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Call Centre Manager. What Were Looking For: Skills & Experience Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to identify customer needs and handle objections confidently. Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is desirable. Competent in using CRM systems and accurate data entry. Excellent customer service focus. Personal Attributes Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed targets. Friendly and professional telephone manner.
