Whether you’re an experienced executive or a marketing assistant ready to grow into a management role, this is a brilliant opportunity to shape local campaigns, lead exciting events, and enhance the customer experience in one of the region’s key retail destinations. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver creative marketing campaigns that align with the Kingfisher brand Manage digital channels including social media, email marketing, and website content Support and lead on community events and seasonal activations (like our Christmas Grotto / Summer activity) Contribute to guest experience improvements and day-to-day service excellence Build strong relationships with tenants, local stakeholders, and partner agencies Assist with local PR, tenant communications, and crisis comms where needed Track marketing performance and help manage the marketing budget Take part in the Weekend Duty Manager rota (training provided) What We’re Looking For Some experience in a marketing role — ideally in retail, leisure, or a public-facing environment Digital marketing know-how, including content creation and basic analytics Strong written and verbal communication skills A creative thinker with a proactive and can-do attitude Organised, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and with a wider team Willingness to work occasional weekends or events as part of a rota This is an office-based position with some flexibility for home working when required.
