The Role: We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to building strong client relationships and ensuring successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of industries. Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the placement process. Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs. Provide a high standard of service to both clients and candidates. What Were Looking For: Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, target-driven mindset. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
