Our engineering client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Human Resources team. The organization requires a candidate capable of streamlining the recruitment procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency. This individual will also lead the recruitment function, thereby enabling the current team to focus on generalist HR responsibilities.12 month maternity cover initially.Salary = £35-40k +benefits package.The role could be part time (minimum 3 days per week) if preferred.As an expanding business, they require assistance to support their ongoing growth and this new talent acquisition role allows the successful candidate to make a significant impact.
