As an Events Operator, youll be at the core of the actionsetting up, delivering, and breaking down all kinds of indoor and outdoor events.One day you might be unloading a van and installing a marquee, the next you could be running the show at a team-building day or supporting a high-end awards ceremony. If you love variety, dont mind rolling your sleeves up, and want to be part of an energetic teamthis is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the set-up, delivery, and breakdown of a wide range of live eventsAttend site visits and planning meetings as neededLiaise with logistics and sales teams to ensure equipment and resources are preppedMonitor stock levels and equipment before and after eventsEnsure assets are maintained and serviced regularlyFollow health & safety protocols on-site and in the warehouseSupport onsite coordination and address challenges as they ariseDeliver consistently excellent service and maintain the highest professional standardsKey Skills & ExperienceAt least 2 years' experience in live events, including setup and deliveryComfortable working evenings, weekends, and irregular hours when neededFull UK driving licenceExperience with sound, lighting, or AV equipment is a plusA great communicator clear, professional, and calm under pressureA real team player with a hands-on approachStrong work ethic, physical stamina, and great attention to detailWhats on Offer:26,000 30,000 basic salary, depending on experienceOvertime during busy periodsPermanent, full-time role with a 40-hour base weekOngoing development and trainingFun, fast-paced, and supportive team cultureVaried projects and the chance to travel for events across the UKAbout Us: Your Recruitment Partners in Live Events & ExhibitionsAt Disrupt Talent, we live and breathe the world of live events and exhibitions.
