Maintenance Engineer Based in Redditch, Worcestershire - easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Evesham, Alcester, Studley, Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcester, and South Birmingham areas. Competitive salary + excellent benefits Full-time, permanent - night shifts (see below for shift options) Our client, a highly respected manufacturer within the FMCG sector, is seeking two experienced Maintenance Engineers to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring high equipment reliability, product quality, and operational performance in a modern, fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out safe and efficient engineering operations in line with company Health & Safety policies. Perform repairs, maintenance and machine modifications to the highest quality standards. Work collaboratively with production teams, providing clear shift handovers and ongoing communication. Support and mentor operators in problem-solving and process improvement. Participate in continuous improvement and technical trial projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow preventative maintenance schedules. Support site security and ensure engineering best practice is maintained at all times. About You Proven engineering experience within an FMCG environment. Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical bias). Strong mechanical knowledge with some electrical understanding preferred. Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
