With live sites across the region and new tenders regularly coming in, theyre now looking to strengthen their commercial function with Estimators at all levels, from Assistant through to Senior.Current Vacancies:Assistant Estimators 30,000 50,000Estimators 50,000 65,000Senior Estimators 70,000+What Youll Be Doing:Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil engineering and groundworks packages.Analysing drawings, specifications, and project information to understand scope and requirements.Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and quotations.Collaborating with the operations, planning and commercial teams to ensure realistic pricing and methodologies.Supporting tender submissions and contributing to successful project wins.For senior positions: taking ownership of key tenders, mentoring junior team members, and liaising with clients.What Were Looking For:Experience in estimating for civil engineering and/or groundworks projects.Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Good understanding of industry-standard estimating tools and Excel.For senior roles: proven track record in leading tender processes and developing cost strategies.Motivated, team-oriented individuals looking to progress their careers with a stable and respected contractor.Whats On Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Supportive working environment with clear opportunities for progression.Exposure to a variety of projects across residential and commercial sectors.Strong pipeline of future work ensuring long-term career stability.
