This is not a transactional HR position. We’re looking for a challenger, a critical thinker, and a trusted advisor who can partner with operational leaders to drive performance, efficiency, and long-term capability. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to embed people strategies that enable commercial success and a high-performance culture. You’ll be trusted to influence decisions, question assumptions, and shape the future of the organisation through insight and action. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that align with operational and commercial goals. Leading thinking on organisation design, workforce planning, and optimal talent deployment. Challenging and influencing decisions to ensure alignment with future capability needs. Coaching leaders through complex employee issues and building management capability. Collaborating on the design and delivery of continuous improvement projects. What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who’s resilient, insightful, and not afraid to speak up when it counts. You’ll need to be commercially aware and deeply people-focused — able to bridge the gap between business needs and people priorities. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills. Excellent problem-solving ability and pragmatic decision-making. Comfortable working with (and challenging) senior stakeholders. Confident using HR systems and interpreting people data. 5+ years in a strategic, business-facing HR role — ideally within a fast-paced, change-heavy or regulated environment (insurance or financial services experience a plus). A proven track record of advising senior leaders and driving organisational change. Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and cultural transformation. Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven HR practices.
