Job DescriptionAt Trinity Claims, were entering a pivotal period of transformation and were looking for a Senior HR Business Partner whos ready to step into a high-impact, strategic role. This is not a transactional HR position. Were looking for a challenger, a critical thinker, and a trusted advisor who can partner with operational leaders to drive performance, efficiency, and long-term capability.What Youll Be DoingIn this role, youll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to embed people strategies that enable commercial success and a high-performance culture. Youll be trusted to influence decisions, question assumptions, and shape the future of the organisation through insight and action.Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that align with operational and commercial goals.Leading thinking on organisation design, workforce planning, and optimal talent deployment.Challenging and influencing decisions to ensure alignment with future capability needs.Coaching leaders through complex employee issues and building management capability.Collaborating on the design and delivery of continuous improvement projects.What Were Looking ForWe're looking for someone whos resilient, insightful, and not afraid to speak up when it counts.
