Lettings Negotiator – Yorkshire (West)

Join Our Well Established Clients Growing Lettings Team! Are you an experienced lettings professional looking for your next exciting challenge? We’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to become a key part of our dynamic lettings team in West Yorkshire. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of lettings and property management duties, including: Marketing new properties and conducting reference checks for prospective tenants Arranging viewings, valuations, and tenancies Managing property portfolios, including organising inspections and coordinating safety checks Overseeing move-outs and bond returns Chasing rent arrears and ensuring timely payments Prospecting for new business opportunities to help grow our lettings portfolio We’re seeking someone with at least 2 years’ experience in the lettings industry and a strong background in customer service. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple tasks, building rapport with clients, and staying ahead in a busy, varied role. Please note: applications without relevant lettings experience will not be considered.
