Job Description Site HSE AdvisorInitial 9 Month Contract Teesside 5 days per week on siteOutside IR35A Site HSE Advisor is required to support on a large Energy Transition project based in Teesside.The ideal candidate will have experience of working for an IMCA contractor and have a strong knowledge of offshore/ onshore related projectsAs Site HSE Advisor you will report to the Field HSE manager. You will provide support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of our NEP / NZT carbon capture projectsHow can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:As the Site HSE Advisor, you will be driving HSE awareness through workforce engagement and trainingConducting inspections, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring equipment complianceAs the Site HSE Advisor, you will be managing risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and safe work practicesOverseeing Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controlsReporting HSE performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting investigationsAs the Site HSE Advisor, you will be promoting environmental compliance and sustainability on siteWhat are we looking for?Education: Qualification in HSE or engineering related field, Nebosh diplomaExperience: Several years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and onshore projects with activities in construction design regulation management and survey/investigationCertification: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
