This role is essential to ensuring timely and compliant execution of clinical supply projects, working closely with internal departments and external partners.Why Join?Be part of a mission-led company improving global access to healthcare.Collaborate with a diverse and inclusive team.Central office location and development opportunities.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate and manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt to close-out.Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, CROs, CMOs, and healthcare professionals.Ensure smooth and compliant service delivery by working with internal teams and external partners.Monitor timelines and resolve order-related discrepancies.Respond to enquiries for access to life-saving medicines, ensuring timely and professional handling.Who You ArePrior exposure to supply chain, logistics, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.Experience working with temperature-sensitive products and knowledge of GDP standards is desirable.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting.Strong communication and coordination skills.
