A London-based law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a full-service firm with a strong reputation in the residential property space.About the Role:This role is ideal for a confident conveyancer who enjoys working independently and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload and handle 10-12 completions per month, with full support from a collaborative team. The role reports directly to the Head of Department, who allocates work based on individual strengths and experience.The Ideal Candidate:1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancingStrong technical knowledge and experience handling transactions from instruction to post-completionAble to work independently and manage a consistent caseloadA positive, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the workA solid billing track record and commercially awareFirm Overview:This firm operates with a flexible model blending consultants and salaried employees.
