Interim Product Manager

HW Interim Solutions is partnering with a Midlands based Financial Services client to engage an Interim Product Manager (Mortgages) for an initial period of 6-months.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and drive performance on mortgage products across the group and new businessIdentify opportunities to ensure mortgage products are delivering against KPI’sSupport financial monitoring models including technical mortgage pricing that relate to fund costs, hedging and bad debt provisions.Produce monitoring and performance reports for key stakeholders each week/month.What We’re Looking For:Extensive experience in a Mortgage Product Manager role within Financial Services or regulated environment.Detailed knowledge of the UK mortgage market, core products, and competitor activity.Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to handle complex data sets and pricing analysisGreat interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.NOTE: This is a domain product manager role not a technical product manager role.
