This is a permanent role offering hybrid working, with two days per week on-site. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.Manage third-party vendors and internal resources to ensure seamless execution.Facilitate agile ceremonies or traditional project governance depending on the delivery model.Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project quality and compliance.Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Experience delivering technology infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.Telecoms industry experience is a strong advantage but not essential.DesirableProject Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum Master).Experience working in regulated environments or with large-scale enterprise systems.
