We’re leading the change; we are the change.We are on a mission to power the future of travel.Come and be part of an organization that is committed to building a culture of inclusivity built upon a diverse workforce that is reflective of the communities in which we operate.What does a great HR Advisor do?Using deep UK employee relations skills and experience, the HR Business Partner will help cultivate a positive work environment by providing consultation and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of People matters.Responsibilities include:Seen as the SME for UK Employee Relations activities, you will provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on diverse and complex employee related matters including performance management, hybrid-work issues, sickness-related absences, requests for accommodations, employee relations issues, corrective action, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, workplace investigations of misconduct, policy violations, grievances and ingress/egress across the employee life cycleLead and shape HR process efficiencies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, prioritizing compliance and effectively collaborating with stakeholders and/or COE’sProvide day-to-day support in HR general questions through the People Services teamEnsuring timely and accurate information is provided to People Services to ensure employee data is accurate by following appropriate processes for changing or updating employee and payroll related data requirementsCoordinate workshops for managers in line with legislationWho we are looking for in this role:Experience of working in an ER Advisor roleUnderstanding of UK employment lawPrevious exposure to labour relations casesResilienceExcited by collaborating on projects/initiativesA passion to succeed & deliverEmployee/Customer focused approachOur ambition is to hire for potential not just experience, and you’re likely to succeed if you:Are always ready to give it your all and deliver high quality workAre excited to use your creativity and innovative thinking to try new thingsTake responsibility and own your workAre courageous and ambitious to challenge what’s been done beforeOur benefits package includes:We offer a package that includes 25 days annual leave per annum pro rata, plus Christmas working days (office shutdown) and hybrid working model.
