Residential Property LawyerAny additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Reading | Hybrid WorkingTSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly regarded law firm in the Thames Valley that is looking to appoint an experienced, ambitious and client-focused Residential Property Lawyer to join its established Reading team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys high-quality residential work, values collaboration, and wants to play a key role in both client delivery and team development.The RoleYoull be joining a close-knit Residential Property team that advises on a broad range of non-contentious matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgagesTransfers of equityVoluntary first registrationsLease extensionsThe team works collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to deliver an exceptional level of client service. The firm places real emphasis on bespoke advice, attention to detail and building long-term client relationships.Files are managed electronically, and hybrid working is actively supported.
