Job DescriptionSellick Partnership are excited to be working with a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading who pride themselves on City quality work outside London. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their exceptional lawyers working on a wide range of property transactions but with a focus on agricultural/rural work.The firm will consider those NQ up to 4 years PQE.The role will involve dealing with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, property development/investment work, renewable energy projects and more.In exchange, the firm are willing to offer a competitive salary as well as the opportunity for hybrid working, generous holidays, private healthcare etc.If you believe that you have the necessary qualifications for this fantastic Property Solicitor opportunity, please do not hesitate to apply within.
