Job Description The Residential Property Solicitor will be: Managing a varied caseload of freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfers - especially high-value or complex files Taking on and developing existing client and referrer relationships, growing your network Supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners and paralegals Actively contributing to team business development initiatives and strategic objectives The Successful Applicant The successful Residential Property Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ PQE in residential property Experienced in high-net-worth or complex residential transactions Technically strong, pragmatic, and client-focused Able to manage a varied caseload independently What's on Offer A competitive salary depending on experience.
