Job DescriptionGrowth Marketing Manager Hybrid - Reading, Berkshire (Office based every Thursday)Reports to - Head of MarketingJob PurposeThe Growth Marketing Manager will design and drive scalable, revenue-focused marketing campaigns in partnership with the wider marketing team. You will prioritise high-impact activity, build and manage high-performing campaigns and focus on moving prospects from consideration to conversion with support of our SDR team.Key AccountabilitiesLead multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and revenue opportunities.Run market research and experiments that help refine our ICPs definition and the right messaging to acquire, nurture and close them.Monitor, analyse and report on marketing activities (Web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising) to provide insights, demonstrate effective ROI, and optimise campaigns.Manage the marketing budgets allocated to the different channels ensuring value for money and tracking of spend throughout the year.Work closely with the SDR and Sales team to identify and alleviate pipeline growth bottlenecks.Measure campaign results and recommend changes to improve performance against business goals.Person SpecificationProfessional Experience, Skills and Attributes5+ Years of experience in a B2B growth marketing or demand generation position, ideally targeting IT professionals and stakeholders.Advanced knowledge of PPC and paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit and Google/Bing).Good understanding of experimentation best practices.A team player, able to manage several key stakeholders and prioritise ruthlessly.Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns from idea creation, development, and delivery.Love for getting in the weeds of execution and building new growth loops.Ability to think both strategically, commercially, and practically.Analytical and creative mindset with numerical confidence.Excellent planning and organisational skills.Interested in the Technology industry.Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude.Strong communication skills.Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow processes.Self-motivated individual with a great sense of ownership and accountability.Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.ValuesThe post holder requires the ability to demonstrate, understand and apply Ultimas values which are embedded in all roles:Excellence - Consistently goes the extra mile to deliver whats best for the businessCollaboration - Works openly and constructively with others across teams and functions, valuing diverse perspectives to achieve shared goalsInnovation - Challenge the status quo, and actively seek new ways to improve processes, services, and outcomes.Transparency - Communicate openly and honestlyEmpowerment - Take ownership, make informed decisions, and support others to do the sameThis job description defines the role as it exists now.
