Job DescriptionMarket Research Manager Boutique Research AgencyWestern Home Counties (Hybrid, 2 office days) strong salary (according to experience) + bonus + good benefitsFantastic opportunity for a confident, commercially minded Research Manager to join a strategic boutique agency thats known for delivering smart, story-led insight and high-impact thinking.This team blends deep sector expertise with thoughtful analysis to give clients a true understanding of their markets and audiences, they don't use templated approaches here. Youll be leading a variety of full-service projects from end-to-end, applying your skills across proposal writing, research design, client relationship management, analysis, insight generation, reporting and presenting.Were looking for someone whos as comfortable building strong client relationships as they are shaping smart, commercially relevant insight. Youll enjoy thinking creatively about how to grow accounts and your ideas around product development will be welcomed too.Line management experience would be a real plus, as youll be helping to support and develop junior team members.
