The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and use Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to embed continuous improvement and deliver measurable value.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and assess business/manufacturing processes to identify inefficienciesCreate process maps and documentation for current and future workflowsConduct root cause analysis using standard problem-solving toolsDesign and implement improvements, including automation and ERP enhancementsSupport change through training, communication, and stakeholder engagementDefine and track KPIs to measure impact and identify further opportunitiesWork closely with stakeholders to align initiatives with business goalsAssess risks and implement mitigation plans for process changesStay updated on industry trends, AI, and best practicesCandidate ProfileEligible to work in the UKProven experience in manufacturing environmentsSix Sigma QualificationSelf-driven with strong problem-solving skillsClear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilitiesSkilled in project management and meeting deadlinesStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsProficient in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systemsKnowledge of AI for process improvementDetail-oriented and eager to learnCustomer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
