This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers onhigh-net-worth estate planning, wills and probatematters. The Role: You will support the Department Manager and two Fee Earners with a varied caseload across the full range ofPrivate Client work , including: Drafting simpleWillsandLasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Assisting withProbate Administrationfrom start to finish: preparing forms, liaising with clients and institutions and supporting estate distribution Producing legal documents and correspondence Managing telephone enquiries and general client communication Setting up new files and opening matters accurately and efficiently Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team About You: You will have: Previous experience inPrivate Client paralegal or fee-earning work Strong typing skills (60+ wpm) and proficiency inMS Office Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Experience working in alaw firm or professional services environment A proactive, team-oriented approach with a can-do attitude A professional and client-friendly manner What’s on Offer?
