CDM Safety AdvisorBristol and Eastbourne SitesPermanent£45,000-£55,000 plus car packageShirley Parsons is exclusively partnered with a leading waste company, seeking a CDM Safety Advisor for their construction division. This division focuses around large frameworks within the public and commercial sector with a range of operations. Our client is looking for candidates with strong CDM knowledge and understanding. Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be able to work onsite 4/5 days a week and be available for overnight stays.The CDM Safety Advisor will be responsible for:– Ensuring the responsibility of safety for all contractors, operators and members of the public on and around the construction sites– Monitor the performance of your sites in order to identify where additional support / actions are required. Escalate any concerns to the Health and Safety Manager– Support the Safety Team with communication on good practice and lessons learnt such as developing safety alerts and various safety communications such as monthly focus areas, safety updates etc.– Assist with CDM regulations and adviceThe CDM Safety Advisor will have:– NEBOSH General Certificate at minimum– CDM knowledge and practical experience– Temporary Works experience– Full UK Working rights
