Ensure the well-being, health and safety of the children in your care. Follow the EYFS Framework and develop engaging learning opportunities. Promote and meet all the physical, emotional, social and developmental needs of the children in your care. Ensure company policy and practices are carried out at all times. Key skills / requirements Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.. Sound knowledge of the EYFS. Caring, self-motivated and reliable. Great at communicating and building relationships with children and their families. Love of the outdoors. .
