Job DescriptionWere looking for a hands-on Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager to take a lead role on a major infrastructure programme valued at over 100m. This is a site with varied complex, high-value works ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in managing multi-disciplinary teams. Due to the size and scale of the project we are seeking a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager with experience working within a Tier 1 Contractor, with demonstrable recent experience delivering large scale projects ideally Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures. Your RoleOversee all site-based construction activitiesEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and security standardsCoordinate contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams to deliver work packagesTrack programme progress, manage deadlines and budgetsMaintain quality assurance and risk control on-siteWork closely with all sub-contractors and stakeholders What Youll NeedProven experience managing large, complex construction projects (upwards of 100m) on time and to budget.Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction best practicesStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience managing multi-discipline teams / sub-contractorsThis is an opportunity to join one of the UKs largest and most prestigious contractors who are delivering some of the UKs most significantly important projects.
