Senior Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned tier 1 main contractor to work on a landmark scheme near Reading. The business operates across several sectors including defence, commercial, education and student accommodation which value from 30mil - 500mil with a national presence. As a result of on-going work on a 500mil project near Reading, they're looking to expand the commercial team with an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within an established commercial team, procuring and managing your own sub-contract accounts and reporting into the Commercial Manager. There is plenty of scope for progression in the role, and the business is one which prides itself on promoting senior levels from within. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position: Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT / NEC forms of contract Must have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Reading Whats on offer in return as Senior Quantity Surveyor: Salary: Up to 75k + Package Excellent progression opportunities Flexi-benefits Secure pipeline of ongoing work on same site This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who's looking to join a forward-thinking business with a project pipeline which will keep you busy for the foreseeable.
