A specialist SEMH school in Reading is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students who require additional behavioural and pastoral support. This is a full-time, long-term position offering invaluable experience for those considering careers in education, youth work, psychology, or social care. You will support pupils who may display challenging behaviour linked to Autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or unmet social-emotional needs. As a Behaviour Mentor , you will act as a positive role model, helping students develop self-regulation skills, resilience, and positive coping strategies.
