Quality Specialist

Working in a future-proof industry for a company are have seen exceptional growth, and not stopping there! ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: Collaborate across departments to support successful implementation of quality systems Communicate changes and ensure integration into daily operations Lead and participate in internal audits Manage nonconforming material processes including proper handling, quarantine, and disposition Conduct root cause analysis and investigations for internal and external quality complaints Drive timely resolution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) Communicate effectively on product, quality, and safety-related topics Build strong working relationships with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams Assist in preparation of QA reports and lead/support quality improvement projects Follow all company policies, guidelines, and values ---------------------------------------- Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree in a technical field preferred) Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience Familiarity with 8D problem-solving methodologies Comfortable navigating ERP systems and business tools Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs Knowledge of standard wiring practices; IPC training or electrical certification is a plus Exposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts is beneficial Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed ---------------------------------------- Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in manufacturing and warehouse environments, including the use of PPE Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs daily ---------------------------------------- Whats in It for You: Competitive base salary of 35,000 8% annual bonus Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work on meaningful quality improvement projects Supportive and collaborative work environment To find out more APPLY NOW!
