Growing Interiors Main ContractorA rapidly expanding interiors main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a major 20m commercial fit-out and refurbishment project in Reading. This is a high-impact role with genuine ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape both project delivery and the growth of the business.If youre a confident, commercially sharp QS who thrives in fast-track interiors environments, this is a standout opportunity.The RoleAs Senior QS, youll manage the full commercial lifecycle of the project from procurement and subcontractor management through to cost reporting, change control, valuations and final accounts.
