Managing Quantity Surveyor - Industrial & Logistics projects

Do you have current or previous experience of being Commercial lead on industrial & logistics projects within a main contracting environment? Our client is a leading tier 2 contractor delivering complex industrial & logistics building projects across the UK. We would like to talk to Managing Surveyors (some companies might call it Commercial Manager) or Senior Quantity Surveyors ready to step up . The ideal candidate will have strengths in the following areas: Proven experience either current or previous in the industrial sector A mid-tier or tier 2 contractor background Ability to lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple projects Have strong people management skills Proven track record of delivering complex building projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative approach Enjoy working in an non corporate environment which is not "tick-box" process driven Please only apply if you already have the right to work in the UK.
