Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Director/Partner level Valuer to join their expanding Thames Valley / Berkshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients across commercial and residential asset classes. As the valuation director/partner, youll be instrumental in delivering strategic property advice and strengthening client relationships. Youll collaborate across departments to provide integrated consultancy services, helping to elevate both your professional profile and our market presence. With a strong fee base, there is an excellent chance to bill big numbers and be rewarded for it handsomely. Key Responsibilities Conduct valuations across office, retail, industrial, residential, and development assets. Deliver detailed reports for a range of clients including banks, corporates, and private investors. Manage your own client relationships and contribute to business development. Take a leadership role in supporting their Thames Valley operations. No team leading required allowing you to focus on delivery, but guidance and support for junior members of the team from time to time. What Theyre looking for MRICS qualified and a registered RICS Valuer. Proven experience in commercial valuation and a strong understanding of the local market. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Existing client relationships in the Thames Valley area are highly desirable.
