Director of FP&A – Fast-Growing Services Company£125,000 – £145,000 + 20% BonusLocation: Central Reading | Hybrid (3 days/week in the office) | B2B | Telco | High-GrowthWhat we’re looking for:Experienced senior FP&A leader, with a background in modelling, data analysis, and insights.Proven track record in a complex sector (ideally telco, IT services, B2B, or similar).A dynamic, hands-on finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive strategic decisions.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses. You’ll be leading the FP&A function, providing commercial insights, and supporting senior leaders in driving performance as the business scales.The role reports directly to a highly engaging and forward-thinking CFO who offers the freedom and support you need to make an impact in a rapidly evolving environment.What you’ll do:Lead the FP&A function, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.Work closely with senior leaders to provide financial insights that guide key business decisions on growth, investments, and pricing strategies.Oversee variance analysis and make recommendations to drive business performance.Develop and maintain performance dashboards and key metrics for senior management.Lead a talented FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Take ownership of financial modelling, providing data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives.Partner with the wider business to ensure financial processes are efficient and aligned with the overall company strategy.Monitor and assess external and macroeconomic factors to identify potential risks.What we’re looking for in you:A proven FP&A leader with extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.Experience building and leading high-performing FP&A teams.Strong communication and influencing skills, able to engage with non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).A solid career trajectory with rapid progression in previous roles, showing loyalty and long-term commitment.Experience in sectors such as telco, IT services, facilities management, construction, or engineering.What’s in it for you:Salary: £125,000 – £145,000 + 20% bonus.Hybrid working: Flexible 3 days a week in the office near Reading.Career development: Fantastic opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding business.Culture: Be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment where your contributions will be recognised and valued.If you're an ambitious, results-driven finance leader looking to make a big impact, apply now.
