Head of Product Management

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Product Management for our high profile client based in Reading, to lead and embed a newly established product function within a growing organisation. As a foundational leadership role, you’ll own the Product Operating Model, build a high-performing team, drive product discovery, and shape the strategy behind product and service innovation.Great benefits on offer such as a car allowance, bonus scheme and very generous holiday allowance of 30 days.The role has hybrid working of 3 days a week in the office.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the product operating model and lifecycle frameworkBuild and lead a team of product managers and analystsChair the cross-functional Product Steering CommitteeDefine and govern the central product roadmapCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Engineering to align product delivery with strategic goalsWhat We’re Looking ForExtensive experience in product or strategy roles within telecomsProven leadership in scaling product portfolios with both speed and governanceTrack record of delivering growth through category innovation and expansionDemonstrated success in launching tech-enabled B2B product propositions across complex supply chainsDeep understanding of product frameworks such as SAFe, Agile, and Product Operating ModelsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to align technical, marketing, and operational functionsExperience building scalable product processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
