Customer & CRM Analyst | Hybrid – West BerkshireReports to: Head of Data & InsightsAn opportunity to join a well-established, direct-to-consumer wine retailer at a pivotal point in their data journey. This role is all about bringing customer insights to life and helping shape smarter CRM decisions across three well-known brands.The BusinessA leader in the wine subscription and DTC space, this business offers curated selections from both their own vineyards and trusted global producers. Known for cutting out the middleman, their commercial model delivers value directly to customers – and data sits at the heart of how they do it.The business operates several well-known wine brands under its umbrella, and is now looking to take customer analytics to the next level. This is a role made for wine lovers, and the benefits ensure that you won't miss out on a sample or two!The SituationThis new role is the first dedicated Customer/CRM Analyst position – a crucial step in better understanding and engaging their large customer base.You'll join a team that also includes an eCommerce Analyst and a Product/Merchandise Analyst. The role will sit at the heart of the commercial team, working across CRM, Finance, BI, and Insight functions.The RoleThis is a hands-on analytics role, owning how campaign and customer insights are generated and used to inform decision-making. You’ll work across key areas such as segmentation, timing, and customer volume planning, while also helping to shape the future direction of customer data architecture.Core Responsibilities:Deliver campaign performance analytics across all brandsBuild and manage dashboards for campaign tracking and performanceWork closely with CRM, Data, and Finance teams to optimise planning and understand ROISupport customer segmentation and strategic targetingContribute to defining and improving their customer data platformCollaborate with BI to move toward more advanced tooling (Fabric, Python, AI-led analytics)Use tools such as Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics to understand customer journeysTech Stack & Tools:SQL (essential)Tableau or Power BIAdobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics (nice to have)Python (desirable – direction of travel)Any experience with automation or AI in reporting would be a strong advantageIdeal Profile:3–5 years of experience in analytics (ideal second role)Strong CRM/customer insight backgroundE-commerce or retail sector experience preferredAbility to think commercially and communicate insights clearlyA self-starter interested in building something long-termBackground in a customer-first business like retail, subscription, gaming, or agency welcomeLocation & Working Model:Based in West Berkshire3 days a week in-office – hybrid model, no current flexTo apply, please send your CV to Roshni at , or via the Apply link on this page.
