We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join this exciting new team. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and lead a high-quality early years setting from the very beginning. Key Responsibilities: Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations and overall leadership Lead and motivate the staff team to deliver exceptional childcare and education Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health 'safety, and compliance Foster positive relationships with families, children, and the wider community Confidently manage the nursery in the absence of the Manager Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher) Has previous experience in a senior role within an early years setting Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Is passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic about early childhood development Benefits: Approximate salary of 27,000 per annum (including holiday pay) Term-time only role 39 weeks per year Consistent MondayFriday schedule: 8:00am5:30pm Be part of a supportive team in a brand-new nursery environment TPBN1_UKTJ
