Were now seeking an exceptional Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic Property Team and spearhead the charge in ensuring strategic and operational excellence across acquisition programmes. The RoleAs Acquisition Manager, youll play a central role in translating our vision into action. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition Services, youll be responsible for managing a team that delivers infrastructure acquisition activitiesensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will also cultivate a high-performance culture, managing key suppliers, improving processes, and delivering sustainable cost savingswhile always maintaining a laser focus on customers, execution, and people.What Youll DoOwn and deliver end-to-end acquisition projects including replacements, relocations, upgrades, and decommissions.Lead and manage supplier performance and third-party contracts, driving accountability and recovery plans.Oversee financial performance across CapEx and OpEx, identifying savings and forecasting effectively.Build a thriving team culture through recruitment, coaching, performance management, and engagement.Be a key influencer across the businesssetting SLAs, sharing feedback, and challenging the status quo.Serve as a trusted service provider, continuously improving how we meet internal and external customer needs.What Youll BringAn experienced Manager with natural leadership skills and a passion for people development and team excellenceProven experience in acquisition delivery within the telecoms or infrastructure spaceStrong knowledge of ECC legislation, T&C Planning, and wayleave managementDeep understanding of RAN and infrastructure deployment processesConfidence in holding suppliers accountable and influencing senior stakeholders.Superb planning, communication, and relationship-building abilitiesA proactive mindset with an eye for compliance, continuous improvement, and innovationMBNL building strength through inclusion.At MBNL we embrace equality, diversity, and inclusion.
