This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, wants genuine work-life balance, and prefers a role where quality and client care matter more than volume targets.The RoleYoull manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages and transfers of equityTitle checks, reporting and contract draftingManaging client relationships throughout the transactionLiaising with agents, lenders, brokers and third partiesUsing case management systems to progress files efficientlyYoull be supported by a friendly, well structured remote team and benefit from clear processes that allow you to focus on technical work, not admin.About YouMinimum 3 years experience running a residential conveyancing caseloadConfident handling files independently from start to finishStrong communicator with a calm, client focused approachComfortable working remotely and managing your own workflowGood working knowledge of modern conveyancing systems and proceduresProactive, organised and able to meet deadlines without supervisionThis is an ideal role for an experienced Conveyancer looking for flexibility, stability and a supportive remote working environment.
