You’ll be their right hand, helping drive performance, improve focus, and remove friction from their day. If you're highly organised, calm under pressure, and excited by fast-paced growth, this could be the role that transforms your career.Overview:As Executive Assistant with Program Management responsibilities, you’ll be at the heart of the business by enabling the Managing Director, CFO & Group Ops Director to focus on high-impact work. From managing complex calendars and travel to ensuring timely communication and follow-up, your work will directly support strategic decision-making. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the business, helping to shape its future from the inside out.Key Responsibilities:Own the day-to-day support for the Managing Director; acting as a gatekeeper, problem-solver and trusted partnerProactively manage calendars, meetings, travel (UK & Europe), and daily prioritiesAnticipate needs, read the room, and pre-empt problems before they ariseBe the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersPrepare high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and correspondenceSupport board and leadership meetings: coordinate agendas, prep materials, take notes, track actionsKeep the MD informed of critical deadlines, risks, and time-sensitive issuesHandle general administrative tasks, from inbox management to expenses and filingPlay a key role in internal comms, stakeholder coordination, and special projectsTo Be Successful:Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth businessA sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing demands with graceExcellent judgment and total discretion when handling sensitive informationClear, confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levelsHighly skilled in time management, organisation, and prioritisationTech-savvy with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)You’re ambitious, hardworking, and hungry to learnYou love structure, but thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environmentYou see yourself as a strategic partner, not just a support functionYou’re excited by the idea of growing with a business that’s scaling fastPRINCE2 highly desirableIn return, salary circa £50k and huge development opportunity in a supportive and high performing team.
