Over 21 years they have grown to 5 strong offices in Plymouth, Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and Truro, and are now targeting two new offices. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join in an Associate Director capacity to build, shape and run a brand new office in Reading.With the company winning work already in the area we are looking for someone who has the confidence to choose a location for a new office, and the ability to grow a team whilst bringing in work. Youll be working with and mentored by a current Regional Director and be able to use their existing teams of engineers.A core value of the company is their commitment to social value, with 1% of their profits each year going towards community and social value work.Whats on offer?Progression.
