This dual CQC registration role offers increased responsibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to shape culture and quality across two homes already delivering meaningful, personcentred support.About the ServicesYou will manage two residential services located just minutes apart, allowing you to maintain a strong onsite presence across both homes. Together, the services support 11 individuals in total.The first service supports six adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and autism. The team has significant experience supporting individuals with complex and challenging needs, with a strong focus on consistency, structure, and enabling people to live independently and with confidence.The second service, also based in Reading, supports five adults with learning disabilities, Downs syndrome, epilepsy, and physical disabilities. This is a stable, settled home with an enthusiastic and committed staff team who take pride in delivering highquality, personcentred care.Both services share the same purpose: supporting people to live meaningful lives with choice, dignity, and opportunity.The RoleAs the Dual Registered Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, and compliance of both services.
