The role combines hands-on development with AI-driven automation using Salesforce technologies, supporting both field technicians and dispatch teams.Experience in utilities or asset-heavy environments is highly desirable.What Youll Be DoingField Service DevelopmentConfigure and customise Salesforce Field Service:Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, Maintenance PlansScheduling, optimisation, and Dispatch ConsoleDevelop solutions using:Lightning Web Components (LWC)ApexSalesforce FlowsDeliver mobile-first solutions via the Field Service Mobile App (including offline capability)Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, GIS, IoT where needed)AI & Einstein PlatformWork with Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform to build intelligent solutionsConfigure:Einstein Copilot actionsPrompt templates and groundingDeliver AI-enabled features such as:Voice-to-Flow / Voice-to-FormPre- and post-work summariesAI-generated job notes and recommendationsEmbed predictive insights into field service operationsWhat Were Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)Solid development experience with Apex, LWC, and FlowsExperience working on mobile-first or field-based solutionsExposure to AI features within Salesforce (Einstein, Copilot, etc.)Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platformsUtilities sector experience (nice to have)
