Job Description Head of Human Resources (Sales, Marketing, ICT & Finance)Location: Reading (Hybrid office, field & home-based - Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory days in office plus one additional day)Contract: 12-month Fixed Term ContractKyocera is on an exciting journey to evolve and modernise the way we support our people. Were looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Human Resources to partner with our Sales, Marketing, ICT and Finance functions during a key period of change.This is a senior, influential role at the heart of our HR model.
